Our last and final project was quite easy. We finished a discussion post prior to completing this paper which made it a lot easier. I learned about how text anxiety was a real thing and I am not the only one who has anxiety prior to a quiz, test, or exam. For this project, we had to summarize the case study scenario, include our personal experience, give recommendations, and conclusion. We had to research how to decrease anxiety and what this student needs to help her test anxiety. The student Katya had severe anxiety due to it being the end of the semester and if she does not pass her class, then she will lose her scholarship. These types of situation happens all the time, especially for senior high school students. These students stress their entire high school years because if they do not do well, then they will not be accepted into the college of their dreams. Not only does it happen their entire high school years, it happens mostly during their senior year because of all the exams like SAT, ACT, and other standardized testings. Getting help from others is the key to success because no one can help you if you keep your struggles to yourself. It is best to get help from others, even if you think the topic is dumb or ignorant. Stress and anxiety should not be taken lightly and people should get help immediately. Getting immediate help from a local community or professional help from a healthcare professional is more beneficial than waiting around and stressing out even more. The longer a person stresses out, the more health issues they will have. This could lead into poor nutrition and could risk the chances of this individual from being healthy. This project has taught me to help others that have test anxiety because it is a real thing. If someone is struggling with it, it should not be ignored and they should get help. Even if a classmate reaches out and tries to help with the situation, it would be better than not saying anything to the individual struggling with anxiety.
